The Hugiland
imperial ground of Emperor Suiko you may know as Ichigu Wo Terasu
is the empire of Ichigu Wo Terasu, that reighns official and unchangeable the whole tibetan plateau and the surrounding Älps, therefore at least all monasteries of Buddhism, where the Constitution of the Hugiland has to be adhered and the duchy Shangri Lha, perhaps Turtle Island, Russia, China, Australia, India, Africa but definitely the empire mare nostrum.
